Search the Hospitality & Culinary Arts databases for articles and books. When you find articles, watch for "cite" icons and choose MLA (your course-required style) to cite the source.  

Check other subject databases for education, psychology, science & technology, and sociology, depending on your topic and the aspect of that topic

  • Request interlibrary loan if your article or book is not available online or in the Madigan Library through Journal Locator.
  • Databases will often offer search options to limit by scholarly, date, full-text or language
