Cabell's International Selection Policy
This policy establishes the criteria for identifying deceptive, fraudulent, and/or predatory journals for inclusion in the Blacklist. The Journal Blacklist Review Board uses the criteria to evaluate all journals suspected of deceptive, fraudulent, and/or predatory practices.
