About Teams

What is it?

Microsoft Teams is part of the Microsoft 365 suite of applications. Chat, arrange and join online meetings, make calls with or without video, share files and collaborate in a dedicated online space

Microsoft Teams is used widely as a primary business and personal communication tool all over the world.

Here's a quick look at the features and how it can help you to stay in the loop, any time, anywhere:

  • Activity - Catch up on all your unread messages, @mentions, replies and more
  • Teams - Find channels to belong to or create your own. Inside channels you can hold on-the-spot meetings, have conversations and share files
  • Meetings - See everything you’ve got lined up for the day or week or schedule a meeting. This calendar syncs with your Outlook calendar
  • Calls - Simply look up the name of the person you’d like to speak to in Teams chat and call them - with or without video, it’s your choice
  • Files - Search and access files shared with you in Teams or go straight to OneDrive without leaving Teams
