Advanced Automotive Technology Center

Facts

The Arrow Company was a division of Cluett Peabody & Co., Inc.

The building housing the Arrow Shirt Factory was owned by the Rishel Furniture Company.

The Arrow Shirt Factory was located on the 3rd floor of the building.

Important Dates

1966 (the college negotiated with Rishel Furniture Company to lease space on the first and second floors)

1967 (Business Adminstration (1st floor) and Computer Science (2nd floor) moved to the Rishel building over the summer. The library opened in the mid-section of the 1st floor on Monday, April 8)

Automotive Engine Repair Center

Facts

Prior to 2000, the combined units of the ERC, ETC, MAC, and PAC were known as the Technical Trades Center.

The original Automotive Trades Center was 41,326 gross square feet.

Home to FAA and Transport certified aircraft repair and maintenance programs
