The Victorian House is built in the area once occupied by the Culler Furniture Factory. See the factory on the 1912 Sanborn Map for Williamsport, sheet 85.

Construction of Victorian House

  • Site excavation by Heavy Construction Equipment Technology students.
  • Hands-on experience for students in Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC.
  • Finishing touches to the grounds by Landscaping students.
  • Garden gazebo by Carpentry students.
  • Array of photovoltaic panels installed by Electrical students.
